Convention Center - Bali Nusa Dua Hotel

Yes, you'd know it just by reading the hotel name. The hotel is one of several luxury hotel inside BTDC area. The room is quite spacious, the staff's service is really satisfactory, close to Nusa Dua Beach.

Having stayed between 15-16 Dec for a convention in the same area for work related assignment was surprised that most of the staff in all areas are friendly ,willing to serve and respond to issues almost immediately.

Stayed 2 nights to accompany my family attended confrence in BNDCC

Overall it was a good stay, but there are some improvements needed to make this hotel better.

-The location is perfect if you attend a meeting just next door in BNDCC. They have a shortcut from hotel to the convention.

-The room is spacious, approx 48 sqm. Balcony is big enough (but they don't provide chair on it). Free minibar (2 cokes, 2 sprites, 2 isotonic drinks), Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is convenience.

-Free return shuttle service to Bali Collection.

-Breakfast was not too many choices. It's very standard

-The front liners team need to be more attentive with the guest.

-Their power supplies need to be fixed since their electricity was down for 5 times & it's quite annoying.

-Security team need a lot improvements. Once i went out with the motorbike, i was asked to open my motorbike's seat because they need to check. I told that i'm not a staff, i'm a hotel's guest, but he said "it's a procedure from management" weird. On the next day, the same thing happened but with a different staff. I asked him, do you have to check my seat even i'm a hotel's guest. He apologized & informed they do not need to check.

I understand for safety & security reason, but be smart.

A beautiful comfortable hotel with outstanding service. It was nice to spend the first couple of days relaxing after long flights. Hotel lobby is still under construction though of no impact. Photos of pool don't do it justice. Restaurant had great breakfast selections and friendly service. argus the shuttle driver went out of his way to be helpful and answer our questions while being consistently professional. A wonderful visit.

We had a wonderful experience of staying with BNDHC. Hotel staff has been very friendly to us. The rooms are luxurious. Breakfast was too good. Value for money.

They have very good service for transport at nusa dua beach and also to the nearby indian cuisine at our request. Very punctual staff.

We would like to stay there again.
